"The Urban" is located in the city centre, a 2-minute walk from the Old Market and Pub Street and a 15-minute drive from Angkor Wat and Siem Reap Airport. Tonle Sap Lake is a 20-minute drive away. "The Urban" features a tour desk and a 24-hour reception. Massage and laundry services are provided. Tuk-tuk (trishaw) services are also available at an extra charge. "Very nice hotel in a great location. They provide stainless steel water bottles for use and there's a water filter at reception. Really nice to see hotels trying to reduce plastic bottles. Had a slight miscommunication with booking a tour but the staff were very apologetic and really bent over backwards to make things right. I got in really early and the staff were kind enough to let me use a shower and change for the day. Would highly recommend staying here."

"The location was fab, being so central to the markets and restaurants. Although it was so close to these it was very peaceful and quiet. The staff were all super lovely and friendly - always being welcomed with a warm smile and asking us about our day. We did have a few breakfasts and dinners at the hotel which were all delicious and we had a lot of coffees always brought to our room 😊"

The location of the hotel is very central and just a few minutes walk from the pub street, yet it’s quiet so you can have a sound sleep. It was a very nice place to stay and I’d definitely book it again when I go to Siem Reap."
