"If you’re looking to get away from the town area, Ban Sockluy Home Stay is an absolute gem! The location is peaceful and quiet, and the room is super comfortable with a double bed, soft pillows, fresh towels, mini shampoo, aircon, and a fan. The little kitchen has everything you need—gas hob, fridge, kettle, cups, glasses, bowls, plates, cooking pots, and all utensils for cooking and eating. Drinking water and gas for the hob are available on request at very reasonable prices, which saved me a lot on food. Hostess Sokluy was amazing—so helpful, accommodating, and full of great local tips and directions. Tuk-tuk to town is just $2 or less. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay! 😁"

"מקום מעולה, צוות נהדר וקשוב. אזור שקט ונעים, מעוצב נהדר, קצת רחוק מהכל אבל לוקחים טוקטוק של חמש דקות ומגיעים להכל. פינקו אותנו מאוד לרגל ירח הדבש שלנו, ובכלל היחס והמתקנים היו נהדרים. ממליצים בחום!"

"It’s crazy cheap, and the rooms are huge! Everything was spotless and really comfortable. The staff are also amazing, as seems to be the case in all of Cambodia everyone is really friendly and helpful. I thought I’d left my headphones in the room when we checked out and the staff went above and beyond checking the room high and low and even calling me to let me know what was going on. It turns out I’d thrown them in the bottom of my bag in a hurry… but it just shows the kindness of people, I can’t thank them enough for being so helpful! Also, if you want a tour whilst you’re in Battambang then try and find Mr Dara. He’s the best tour guide we’ve had in SE Asia and he usually hangs around in the centre of town and outside the hotel."
