"An absolutely phenomenal experience that went far beyond a normal hotel stay. I cannot praise this hotel enough, and most importantly, I cannot thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nurlan, enough for what he did for us. Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

"Location. Restaurant and breakfast room. Delicious. Large, spacious room with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The room was clean. The towels and bedding were clean. The mattresses were comfortable. The kettle was clean. The staff arrived promptly. Everything was fine."

The shower curtain was washed, but it showed signs of wear and tear and needs replacing. That's the only thing

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.
