"מלון מצויין , צוות חבורתי ומנסה לעזור בכל דרך, המקום נקי מאוד, היינו שם למעלה משבוע בסוויטה המורכבת משני חדרים וסלון. אין הערות לכלום. ארוחות בוקר וערב מערביות אולי לעיתים מערביות מדי. האוכל טעים וסביר. במחירים של מלון. חוויה מצויינת מהמלון. יש מנהל לקוחות במלון שתמיד חפץ לעזור בכל עניין."

"המלון מעט מרוחק מהעיר (שבע מאות מטר מהחנות הראשונה ) אבל זו לא בעיה בכלל, כי יש שרות טוק טוק בערב משעה שש ועד תשע וחצי חינם לעיר. ובכלל כל הנסיעות ממש זולות, כך שזה לא בעיה. שתיתי יין אדם לא מוצלח במיוחד ובמחיר גבוה מעט לטעמי."

"Wonderful staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Very attentive and smiley. We were greeted.at the door of the hotel every day by a smiling member of staff bearing cold towels, which were very much appreciated after a day trip in the extreme heat. The pool area was a peaceful place to relax and afternoon tea was brought to you ."

"Mosquitos and pool itself had tiles missing and could do with renovating."

"Big room with lots of storage and a nice bathroom Very clean Bed was comfortable Overlooking the pool and away from the street so very quiet at night Staff was great - very organized. The Elephant provided free tuk tuk rides to the city center in the evening"

"At first we booked very nice rooms, i was very happy with it; very modern, nice pool view and a wonderful stay. The afternoon tea is great, the free service for tuktuk to the city center in the evening is highly appreciated."

"However, due to some door issues, we have been placed into the “elephant villa”, which is a disaster, very old kind of appartment, ac very noisy, old bathroom: not a pleasant stay at all. Mosquitoes issues, ruining the nights. It doesnt seem like the staff is trying to fight it. No repells, nothing is in place."

"Well located, boutique hotel, providing a home away from home and excellent service. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting the nearby temples. Our room was comfortable and a good size. All of the staff were exceptional but a special mention for our temple tour tuk tuk driver, Mr Chin. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious."

"We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was advertised to have an outdoor bath on the balcony. What we don’t appreciate was that the only privacy for this would be a curtain that blows in the wind. It also meant that the bathroom had an opaque glass, non locking, sliding door from that to the bath on the balcony which left the whole bathroom lacking privacy and security. Our suggestion - replace the bath on the balcony with a hammock so we could join the many Cambodians we saw all week sleeping in the sunshine 🌞"

"From the moment their driver picked me up from the airport to the time I left, everything was exceptional. The room was very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Great location and an easy walk to the city centre where the action is. Pub Street at night is fantastic. After a day of walking around and seeing the sights, the pool is a very welcome oasis to go back to. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food in the dining area is delicious, offering both local and western cuisine. I really can't fault this hotel and would highly recommend it. I'm already planning a return trip.. This is a great holiday destination."
