"A lovely hotel right near the centre of Bodrum, allowing both relaxing and sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and very much enabled an enjoyable stay. The manager, Abdullah, was exceptionally helpful and made an excellent stay outstanding!"

"After 20 years of regularly travelling to Bodrum, this has become our Home from Home ! It has the most wonderful staff and when we see Osman and Abdullah at the front desk it is like we have not come to a hotel but welcomed into somebody's home. Everyone is helpful, in fact they go beyond what is expected to make the stay so enjoyable. The rooms are always very clean, the breakfasts and dinners are top notch and they have several pools and pool bars to accommodate all tastes, young or elderly. The location is a coiuple of minutes walk to the harbour and all the shopping and nightlife but is very quiet and feels like you're in your own village. To me and my family it is the place we like staying in most in the world. It has everything you would want, including a great spa, and we never really want to leave !"

"Nice pool, they let us use all inclusive from 9am in the morning when we came and the room was ready at 11am, so it was very nice, and let us have a late check out at 2pm:) We like checking different hotels, so we did and in the end we came back to this one as best big pool and nice spacious rooms too:)"

"This was my third time staying at Mandarin Resort & Spa. I like their rooms, they're spacious. The value for money is very good compared to other resorts in the area. The staff was very helpful."

"There is a margin to improve housekeeping at the hotel. Add more amenities and maintain their replacement after use."

"- Location Great closed from centre and beach. - All staff performance was great & the reception team helpful, especially Mr. Ossama - Housekeeping Team they was quick response helpful neat and clean especially Mr. Hüsamettin also Kadir - The Alert for Lifeguard Mr. Buğra High morals was Great man Serve & Helpn everyone the young before the old. - Dr. Mr.Serkan Respectable & Smiley Concerned about everyone's safety."

"- The swimming pool Policy very bad the guests was reserved all chairs with umbrellaes by covering towels on it and left it for periods of time, which many of us did not benefit of it because there were no places. - Food The cuisineIt is not known which approach and which cuisine is followed ( International, Turkish , European or arabic no line for it ,)"
