"אדיבות הצוות , חמימות , מוכנות לעזור , מיקום המלון . החדר שקיבלנו היה מאוד מרווח עם סלון וחדר שינה (בלי ארונות בכלל ,קונספט מעניין ....)"

"תאורה , גם בחדרנו המפואר נושא התאורה לוקה בחסר , למרבה הצער המזנון של הקפה והתה מדוד ובקמצנות , איך יתכן שדווקא טורקיה מדינה בה המשקה הלאומי אחרי איירן הקר הוא התה , שמים שתי שקיות תה בלבד , עם כוסות זולים ביותר מקרטון אשר פוגעים בטעם התה .זו פשוט חוויה לא נעימה , מפליא מאוד כי במלון הזה שנחשב למלון בוטיק שוהים הרבה גם מקומיים . בכל מקרה נושא התאורה גם באולם הכניסה למלון מאוד מעיק ואף המתקן תאורה חלש וכאשר הוא חלש גם הלכלוך שהצטבר בתוכו נראה יותר דוחה . ארוחת הבוקר : על אף הרצון לספק את השירות המיטבי ,חלק מהדברים המוגשים בסירים שאמורים להיות מחוממים לא היו חמים (ביצי עין ודברים אחרים) פשוט מטעמי חסכון. הסירים הגדולים לא מחוממים ,בניגוד לבתי מלון אחרים שכן מגלים מודעות לחום האוכל . הכספת מונחת במקום נמוך קרוב לרצפה כרהיט בחדר , כדי לקרוא הוראות הפעלה צריך לרדת על הברכיים ולהשתטח , מזל שצילמתי וקראתי מהנייד . לסיכום: מי שתיכנן את המלון או שהוא לא שהה בבתי מלון בחייו או שהוגבל בתקציבים כמו ברוב טורקיה בימים אלה של יוקר המחיה על אף שהיינו במלון הזה גם לפני 6 שנים . דבר אחרון והחשוב ביותר , מלון שבו מותר לעשן בחלק מהקומות מאבד ציון באופן אוטומטי , אנחנו שהינו בקומה 3 קומה מעל קומה שבה מותר לעשן והיו ימים שריח הסיגריות הורגש בקומה . מי שמחפש מלון ללא עישון פה צריך להעירך לזה ."

"Ok location to the centre of town, plenty of places to see and eat locally. The check in was easy enough and got shown to our rooms relatively quickly. The bathroom was nice with hot water, and little extra like toiletries and sewing kit comb was a bonus so some really nice touches. Mini bar was stocked with water and soda but not all items are included in the price which has been labelled. Some of the breakfast was good like fresh fruit, yogurt honey and bread. Staff were more than helpful to assist where they could given the language barrier."

"Wifi took a while to kick in and kept dropping out during the visit and the bed were not as comfortable but given the size of was oddly shaped to maximise space but it was a bit tight between the end of the bed and the dressing table but over all a nice place to stay for a short period. Coffee/water station are only free during breakfast time throughout the day they have to be purchased which I thought be included (cheaper to buy coffee outside)"

"The staff was very attentive and helpful. For example, I requested my bed sheets to be changed every day; they did not only stop there but cleaned my room every day. I felt very comfortable and taken care of. Thank you very much, I will definitely book the same hotel next time."
