"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"החדר היה נקי מאד ומרווח. הילדה מאד אהבה את הבריכה."

את היחס של מנהלת הקבלה . את השמיכות שהגיעו ללא ציפית ואת המיקום . המיקום מאד מרכזי ונוח למי שמחפש אווירה סואנת אבל למי שמחפש שקט ורוגע זה לא המקום.

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."
