"Wir hatten telefonisch Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Zur Schlüsselübergabe kam jemand und hat den Schlüssel und das Haus übergeben. Der Garten ist sehr groß. Der Plattensee mit einem Spaziergang erreichbar. Die ganze Siedlung wird nur im Sommer bewohnt. Das sollte man wissen."

Es gab einen Fernseher, aber nur ungarische Programme. Internet war leider nur per Mobil möglich, was das Traffikguthaben ziemlich schmälerte. Wir hatten große Tarife, da ging es schon. Aber mit 10 GB kommt man nicht lange, wenn man Netflix sieht. Prepaid-Internet wäre ne Möglichkeit.

"The host was lovely. Arranged a time to meet and greet to show us around. Basic snacks and drinks were provided which was a nice touch. House was clean and well maintained. Towels and spare sheets provided. 2 bathrooms was great. Great washer and dryer (massive american style washer and dryer), fully kitted out kitchen and convenient parking outside property in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Property exactly as advertised. Very nice facilities. 7 minutes drive to Sheraton shopping mall though there is a 'popular' supermarket which is walking distance or 2 minutes drive. Its about 15 minutes to bridgetown or oistins which is very central and banks are close by. Host arranged a housekeeper half way through holiday at no extra charge and we even had resident monkeys greeting us every morning. Only teeny tiny thing was the middle (1of 3) bedroom had a ceiling fan rather than ac and it was hot but that was minor really."

It would be good if there could be an established recycling collection/point locally.

"Staff are super friendly! My accompanying guests notted that this was the cleanest accomodation ever! Everything was just smooth and with no issues at all!"

Didn't have cell phone signal. It's a little bit of a drive to get to any store.

Podría decir que el olor en un inicio es bastante húmedo, pero ya después se acostumbra y pasa un poco desapercibido.

The location, the cottage, bedrooms, washroom, kitchen, dinning area, private BBQ, deck, and private chairs by the water front! 1 min walk to Tim Hortons and Gas Station, 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to Foodland. Samantha was very friendly. Stephen didn't say hi to us but that's okay. We will stay at this property again!"

some black mold flying out of the AC unit but I still give this place a 10.

"Nice cabin in the jungle. The host was very supportive and waited for us in the apartment. He also gave us tips how to organise ourselfes in the village, which is a bit tricky in those closed areas in the middle of the jungle. The moskito nets where intact in Chez Faby (not in Carbet Bawouette)."

The village-wide WiFi does not work at all. There is free starlink at the grocery shop, otherwise you have no connection in the whole village. Apartment would need a thorough cleaning.

"Lovely place to stay, comfortable with everything you need, including a variety of teas and some coffee plus milk which is nice if you have not been shopping. quiet area which felt safe. Can walk into town in about 30 minutes . Best thing though was how incredibly helpful the owner and her cousin nia were. Nia helped us with everything we needed including getting our ferry tickets, finding a taxi and getting from the airport. This was so helpful for us and ensured we had a smooth stay."

"Went with extended family and had a great time! The layout of the hotel is unusual, and that (at first) made me think that it was a bit small, but hear me out... There are two things that make this an amazing experience: 1.) The clarity of the sea water and the ease of access. 2.) The staff and management are top notch: attention to customer service is second to none in all respects: from the management to the guy taking care of the rooms. Very highly recommended."

"Everything! It's super comfortable, extremely beautiful with a patio facing the sea. You wake up to the sound of waves and seagull. The owner is extremely helpful, we arrived very late and they came and guide us for the check in. So glad I choose this place."

Honestly nothing at all

"Yes, it was a surprise to find that we had breakfast and some supplies so we didn't have to shop on the first day we arrived. also our flight from South Africa didn't arrive until quite late and our taxi was not waiting at the airport so it was very late at night before we got to Villa Mia. In spite of this our hosts were waiting to greet us on arrival, which was much appreciated."

Maybe the host could have dropped in at some time during our stay to see how we were going.

"From the beginning you could realise that Allison thinks of many details and cares a lot. Getting the keys and entering the house was very easy (contactless). The garden, the furniture, the book with housing rules and travel tipps, the cleanliness -> everything planned very well and with great care. Very late checkout was offered. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would clearly recommend it."

It was not clear to us that the pool was shared between 3 houses, don´t know if we just missed it. But in reality it was no issue, it was always empty, when we wanted to use it. Checkout rules could also be mentioned in the book. Despite that, it was still by far the best stay of our holidays.

החדר קטן, המיטה יחסית קטנה לזוג אלה אם אחד מבני הזוג ישן במיטה העליונה.

"הבקתה מרווחת, עם מיטה זוגית ומיטת קומותיים. המטבח מאובזר והמקלחת מרווחת. הנוף הנשקף מהחלונות הענקיים עוצר נשימה. יש מרפסת קטנה וחמודה. יש חניה חופשית מקורה במתחם. ארוחת הבוקר קוסטריקנית טיפוסית מוגשת לחדר. בעל הדירה תומאס היה מאד שירותי ואדיב וענה לכל שאלה וכן נתן לנו טיפים רבים לגבי אטרקציות ומסעדות באזור"

השיטה של חימום המים במקלחת הייתה לנו מעט מסובכת. למרות ההסבר המפורט של תומאס, אנחנו לא הצלחנו לפצח את השיטה ונאלצנו להתקלח במים קרים. המתחם מקסים, רק יש להיערך לכך שהוא מבודד והמסעדות באזור בתקופה בה אנחנו היינו נסגרו בשעה יחסית מוקדמת (18:30-19:00)
