"The location is ideal! It's right in the heart of the center. The hotel is a bit vintage. However, the facilities are equipped and functional."

"The room decore is overall quite old and run down. Our room had the bathroom door that was quite broken at the bottom, and even got stuck once. The hall and commongnparts are beautiful, but definetly the rooms could do with being modernized."

"La atención que recibes desde la llegada es de primera, te atienden superbien en recepción, elevador, restaurante (la comida es deliciosa) y las camas muy cómodas."
"Al llegar a la habitación hay un sobre con el nombre de la camarista que hace el aseo para que dejes una propina por su trabajo. En muchos hoteles los hay. Mi único desconcierto fue que hoy qué dejé el hotel al pedir el elevador estaban tres de las camaristas del piso platicando y a mi me educaron para saludar y mostrar cortesía. Justo antes de presionar el botón del elevador les deseé un "Buen día" y fui ignorado. No lo tomé personal. Antes de salir de la habitación puse una propina para agradecer la limpieza. Esperas que si piden propina van a ser corteses también al contestar un saludo como lo hizo el resto del personal del hotel. Por lo demás la verdad volvería a hospedarme y la ubicación, precio, atención fue excelente pero pensaré mejor dejarle la propina al joven del elevador de la mañana que es un verdadero anfitrión."
