"great location, nice outdoor area, friendly people and spacious room"
"bedsheets were clean but had a few permanent stains on them. could hear the air-conditioning rattling away in the room behind mine all night."
"The location is perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of Herikitiya but with a perfect beach view. The sunsets were amazing. And the beach is vast, very quiet and tranquil with bars and restaurants. Hiriketiya is a short walk or tuk tuk ride away. The room was very large. It’s quite basic but has everything you need including air con. The staff were really lovely and helpful. They did some washing for us and the boy that served breakfast every day was so sweet and attentive. The bar next door, smoke and bitters, looked great but was fully booked both days so you need to book very far ahead to enjoy that but there are other bars and restaurants to enjoy on the beach."

The breakfast is good and eating it while looking into the ocean makes it even better. I can only thank Tommy and his family for being a great hosts always concerned about our needs. Amazing guy Got us a motorbike for cheap price and booked us transportation for our next location. There’s always somebody there to help because they live there. Thank you"

"The property was located perfectly right in front of the beach. You get views of the beach from the room. The room also overlooks a beautiful large garden area where you can just chill and have your breakfast. The family who owned the property took us in as their own and it was very emotional saying goodbye. Overall our experience was exceptional. I wish we stayed for longer."
