"שהינו למשך 7 לילות בסוויטה במלון ולהלן התרשמותי . היתרון של המלון הוא במיקום שלו וההשתלבות עם הטבע אין ספק שהשקיעו בכך מאמץ רב והמקום מקנה שקט ורוגע מול האגם קנדלמה . יש לקחת בחשבון שאם אתם באים למטרה של שקט ורוגע זה מלון שמקבל גם ילדים ומשפחות ולעיתים המקומות המרכזיים אינם שקטים . יש בו בריכות יפות והמון מרחבים שבהם ניתן להרגיש את הטבע במלוא הדרו .הארוחות בופה עשירות אבל בחדר ערכת קפה ברמה של 3 כוכבים ."
"ציפיה לנקיון יותר קפדני במלון 5 כוכבים החדרנים מקפידים להכנס ולסדר ולתת מגבות אבל הנקיון חסר . המלון מציע לינה עם פנסיון מלא !!! זה מאד מביך שבחדר האוכל מבקשים כסף על מיים גם במצב זה אין תודעת שירות על אף שהמקום יקר מאד בלובי יציאו לך קוקטיל פירות רק לקבלת הפנים מעבר לכך לא יתנו לך הרגשה שאתה רצוי זה ממש לא היה נעים .ולא מתאים למלון בסדר גודל כזה . גם הטיפולים בספא אינם מצדיקים את המחיר . בבר המחירים מופקאים כל אלה קצת מאחירים את החוויה"

We enjoyed the food well. There were nice pools. The staff (housekeeping, pool, restaurant) were good. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest."

"We had such a good, memorable time here. Taken very well care of by Manju (the owner), we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the wild, off the beaten track, with beautiful nature all around us. The food was delicious and filling, vegetarian and vegan diets catered for completely. They lit us a fire one night and we enjoyed dinners by candlelight every night. The beds were super comfy and the large hut that we stayed in was very spacious - good for all bags and clothes. Manju organised our safari day and our trip to a local beach. He was ready to meet our every need and was very kind and friendly with our children too."

Our half day (evening) Safari guided by Nikki was great and we noted that most other vehicles in block A didn’t have a guide and hence struggled to spot wildlife. Some food was very good - especially the curries at lunch. We loved the set up for the dinner by the bonfire. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly."
