As it was late in the season, we were the only guests. Sandra was very helpful and set our breakfast out for us before she had to go out to work. The breakfast was rather unappetising with cheap sliced bread & ham, plentiful, but unappealing.

"Amazing people are working there on reception and wellness Wellness is super, breakfast is good, dinner is ok (because one time we had bufet dinner which was super, while another evening we had dinner from menu which was not so tasty)"

Photos of the room while booking was different from the room which we got, so were a bit upset about it.

All we needed were in the room: shower, good beds, fan to keep the room cooler. The breakfast was good. The beautiful Rakvere castle is within a brisk walk, also some good restaurants and a supermarket are few steps away."

The hotel is next to the freeway, so avoid rooms close to front due to constant traffic noise.

The location was good but slightly far from Taipei Main station. Even snacks were kept for the guests which were not seen in any other hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

"The Pavillion Suite is lovely and has a wonderful view on the Lake Bienvenue. It is a generous size and feels like a small flat!"

The breakfast was not good at all - very messy, congested and the food quality was poor. The kitchenette would have benefited from a hob cooker so as to be able to cook meals as otherwise the suite was well equipped

"Our booking was made very late and despite this we were so warmly welcomed. There was beautiful Cape Verdean music being played when we arrived by two incredible musicians which was lovely. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The fresh mango juice was particularly mouthwatering!"
