Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. "A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"The location and the Taj standards that has been maintained inspite of it being a old property makes you feel nice and comfortable! The hospitality shown by their staff was a class above!!"

Bathrooms deffinately need up dating, carpets in the corridors need taking out and tiles flooring put down there’s really nothing around such as shops, places to eat it is deffinately the last stop before the ferry terminal

"The staff were extremely helpful and nice. They accommodated us in all of the ways that we needed them to. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the amenities provided with the resort were even better. Delicious food, amazing staff, and an awesome room/view."

باب الحمام لا يقفل بتاتا !!!!

"אהבנו את המיקום, שטחי המלון, החוף, והצוות. ללא ספק בזכות עובדי המלון השהות הייתה מעולה יותר. ג'ון, ג'וש, מריאנה, ובכלל כולם היו כל כך מסבירי פנים ונחמדים! הציוד לספורט הימי ללא עלות וזה מאוד שידרג את החוויה. לאורחי המלון גם הוצעו מספר פעילויות שונות וזה היה ממש נחמד ותרם לחוויה המהנה. המיטה הייתה נוחה מאוד והנוף מהמרפסת היה יפייפה."

שיפוץ קל במקלחת כדי להפוך את השהות לטובה יותר. התאורה בחדרים לא מספיק טובה.
