Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"The room is spacious and it is clean mostly, that's important. The AC & appliances works well, includes the bathroom and water pressure. Two good beaches are in walking distance from this hotel, as well as some good eateries."

The shower place is bit smaller, the mirror is made of wooden frame which the paint is dropping off. Not enough sand catching carpet at the lift lobby or corridor.

"Beautiful room room with view on the pool and the ocean. All comfort included, the free shuttle to the city center or to the airport is very valuable, the staff was very kind and professional ! Would definitely come back :)"

Note that the breakfast is in extra but exquisite !

"ארוחת בוקר סבירה וברמה של אפשרויות ואוכל מגוון , החדרניות והקבלה היו אדיבות ונענו לכל בקשה. רמת מתקנים מעולה.(בריכה וחדר כושר) המלון קרוב לתחנת המטרו וקו המטרו M2 המגיע לקניון פרדייס במרחק של עצירה אחת ואילו למרכז העיר (סרדיקה) במרחק 3 עצירות. התנהלנו רק במטרו גם מהשדה תעופה וגם לכל מקום בעיר . (התחבורה הציבורית מעולה בכרטיס יומי בעלות 4.8 לבה (2.5 יורו) הופתענו לטובה גם מהמחיר הלינה הזול ביותר ל 5 כוכבים שבמלונות אחרים המחירים היו פי 3."

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

The Spa could have been a little bigger, but it’s good the way it is.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).
