"The front staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked a 1 bedroom suite, and when I arrived there with my 8 month old, they upgraded me to a bigger room they had available at no extra cost!"

"Some of the rooms, whether it was allowed or not, had people smoking in them and we could smell it. Couldn't smell it much in our hotel room, but as soon as we opened the door, we could smell it."
