Intermittent electricity due to poor infrastructure in Mount Hagen. The room is outside off a veranda so when it rains and the wind blows you might also get wet when going inside to use the toilet. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and slightly larger room.

"Great location by the sea and near the harbour. Nice, old-fashioned interior decoration, mirroring the age of some of the buildings. Very friendly staff who let us keep our freezer packs in their freezer. We went kayaking for one night, could leave our car at their parking lot, and when we came back we could use their facilities to get a fresh water shower."

We did not come across anything we disliked although the room wasn’t as spacious as what it seemed on the web.

Tout était appréciable, au niveau de l’emplacement et pour l’espace d’ensemble. La piscine a un petit problème de fuite d’où un niveau de hauteur d’eau un peu bas. Ceci n’a que très peu altéré le plaisir de s’y être baigné.

"Great location in the heart of the old town. The property also has a wonderful roof terrace which gives good views over the mosque and old town. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. Great sleep despite being in the centre of the old town (no traffic noise). Excellent value for money."

Possibly the size of the bathroom is a bit small, but that was my fault as I chose the single room.

המיקום מעט מבלבל ולא בגישה נוחה לעיר. (יש שני מקומות עם אותו השם. כדאי להקפיד לרשום את הכתובת כדי לא להגיע למקום אחר כמו שקרה לנו)

"פנסיון ציורי במבנה ישן. משופץ יפה מבפנים. ארוחת בוקר חביבה. נקי. הצוות אדיב אבל לא כולם דוברי אנגלית."

בבוקר לא היה אף אחד שמפעיל את הקופה כך שלא יכולנו לשלם במקום. איש צוות שכן דיבר אנגלית אמר שישלחו לנו את החשבון.

"אהבתי את ג'ו בעל הבית המקסים שתמיד היה עם חיוך על הפנים. המים החמים במקלחת ושהיה מרווח.במקלחת. הכביסה ללא עלות או שזה היה רק בשבילי? יש מטבח שאפשר לבשל בו."

המזרון קצת קשה , יש מדרגות לעלות ושקע רק במקום אחד בחדר, אבל לא קריטי ועדיין הייתי חוזרת להתארח. אין על ג'ו 😘

Our booking description on the rooms & no of beds aren't the same, i have to contact the owner to get me another xtra beds. Also, 1 of the unit we gotten a rocking bed frame.

the road on the way was the biggest problem if you have small vehicle will be best to drive down with a 4X4 vehicle

"We had a really wonderful time at Hotel Dionisio Inn! It's close to everything you may want to visit in Antigua and the staff was really wonderful, kind, and attentive. Even if the language barrier, they always remembered what we were up to and asked how things were. Whenever we had a question, they were always ready to help out. It's not often that we've met such helpful and nice staff members. The room was clean, comfortable, and so much better than a lot of other places we stayed at on our trip in Guatemala. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again if we ever go back to Antigua."
