"פנסיון ציורי במבנה ישן. משופץ יפה מבפנים. ארוחת בוקר חביבה. נקי. הצוות אדיב אבל לא כולם דוברי אנגלית."

בבוקר לא היה אף אחד שמפעיל את הקופה כך שלא יכולנו לשלם במקום. איש צוות שכן דיבר אנגלית אמר שישלחו לנו את החשבון.

"הצוות היה מאוד אדיב ועשה מאמצים רבים כדי שיהיה לנו נוח. החדרים גדולים ומרווחים וכך גם המטבח והמרפסת. הבריכה יפה ונעימה והאוכל היה מאוד טעים ומגוון."

"Excellent quiet location for visiting Constantia and the Hout Bay area. Beautiful view towards the sea. Well equipped and very spacious."

We stayed in the main house which has huge windows overlooking the pool so not at all private. There were often workers milling around in front in the morning. Lack of a private outdoor dining area. Shame there's no balcony on the bedroom side overlooking the sea.

"Since I read the book who the owner Dorota wrote, I really wanted to visit Vanilla House. And it was as I imagined, even better!!! The sound of the ocean at night...The breeze.. The food... The view... I loved it!!!!"

"Great location by the sea and near the harbour. Nice, old-fashioned interior decoration, mirroring the age of some of the buildings. Very friendly staff who let us keep our freezer packs in their freezer. We went kayaking for one night, could leave our car at their parking lot, and when we came back we could use their facilities to get a fresh water shower."

"Superb location in the historical centre of Roros. Delicious buffet breakfast of hot and cold food , Fresh local produce. Our room was spotless and cosy with comfy beds and looked out into the traditional Roros style courtyard with scenic views. It was lovely to see Roros in the snow ."

"The best thing about here is it's a great place to meet travellers in Bolivia and is very social. Very friendly, understanding and caring hosts. Good location and good facilities. Would come back again."

"This is a family recreational resort with some dorms. Mine was inside the main building near the inside pool and table tennis area. The showers and two toilets are those used by the pool guests. I was fortunate to have only one female dorm mate. There are lockers outside in the hallway and you are given a room key. The manager kindly lent me sheets. I liked the location in the woods not far from the pedestrian street."

The kitchen could use some new utensils. There were no cups or glasses, just some plastic cups.

"The decor and peace and quiet - despite being in middle of town. The individually decorated room was compact but had everything a weary traveler needs.. The food and drinks in the cafe were delicious and freshly made. The hotel owner was charming. I felt very comfortable there."

The only drawback is that one cannot park directly in front of the hotel which is also an advantage as one is not disturbed by traffic noise .

"Very decent hotel in Luanda, located inside a condominium with security staff; the staff was very friendly and let us stay a bit longer in our accommodations! great value for money especially in Luanda"

"המקום מקסים, מאובזר ומטופח, נקי, מרווח, שקט ונעים, האזור שקט מאד, בסיס מעולה לטיולים בטטרה הגבוהים. בעל הבית מקסים ומסביר פנים, מאד שירותי ואכפתי, זמין לכל שאלה ותמיד עם חיוך, שולט במסלולי הטיולים השונים. יש אופציה לארוחת בוקר וארוחת ערב במתחם אירוח שכן, יש מטבח משותף בו ניתן להכין אוכל אם תעדיפו להכין לעצמכם את האוכל, כמו שאנחנו בחרנו. יש במקום 7 חדרי אירוח, מטבח משותף עם פינת אוכל וחלל נוסף משותף עם פינות ישיבה ושולחן גדול, כולל יציאה למרפסת. ממליצים בחום על המקום."

"The staff were very friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. WiFi worked very well. The breakfast was provided in the hotel nearby and it was very good. The location was also perfect, given that everything in the town is easily accessible by foot."

"Keeps its promises. The owner, Mr Fadiga saved my life after the Radisson hotel had cancel my booking (and the booking of 30+ guests) without informing us of this in advance. Facing the emergency situation, Mr Fadiga kindly confirmed and ensure there would be a room available for me. He told me that Mr Manet would pick me up from the airport and all promises were kept. Mr Manet was professional, friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. He took me everyday to the the conference I had come to attend (1 hour away) and back. He was always punctual and easy to reach. This was an excellent service. The room was very large and clean. The hot water tank, air con and TV worked perfectly."
