"Well equipped. Clean. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable beds and living spaces. Terrace a nice outdoor space. Great communications prior to arrival and on departure."
"Automatic lighting a bit strange, especially when some people go to bed earlier than others. Some minor changes that could make some big differences: hooks in the bathroom, more plug sockets near the bed. Would be useful to have an iron and ironing board."

"The location was ideal. There was plenty of space for the two of us. The primary bathroom and the kitchen were exceptional: lovely fixtures, great applicances and functionality. Two reserved parking spaces."
"Some kitchen items (utensils, flatware, glasses, small appliances) were dirty when we arrived, so we had clean them before use. The HVAC was controlled elswewhere, so we could not get ventilation and temperature to our comfort."

"J'ai vraiment apprécié l'emplacement. C'est parfait pour ceux qui n'aiment pas les endroits bondés et les plages désertes. Les plages sont à seulement 3/10 minutes de l'appartement. La vue depuis la cour de l'immeuble est également superbe."
"Perfect location! The building has direct access to the sea, and the beach is surrounded by beautiful hotels such as the iconic Negresco. The railway station is only 1 km away — about a 15-minute walk — or easily reachable by public transport. Bakeries, restaurants, and shops are right in front of the building. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Our host was excellent, and the early check-in and late check-out were a huge plus. There is a bathroom and an additional toilet, which is very convenient."

"The position is top, close to everything (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, P+R parking for the car ...etc) The apartment is big and very clean and all appliances are present in the kitchen. We had some coffee and complementary water as well If you travel with a baby, they have a travel cot with a good mattress and a nice highchair."

"The location was very good for us using the nearby beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops. Nice street vibe on the doorstep but no noise noticeable in our apartment. The temperatures outside were high every day but the air conditioning afforded us with cool comfort if we needed respite from the heat and it was easy to relax and rest by night in the cooled appartment. The modern look apartment was very well equipped for our needs and it was very clean."
