"חדר נוח, מרווח ונעים עם מרפסת. מאוד קרוב לים ולמסעדות כשרות, קרוב לאזור המרכזי של ז'ואן לס פינס אך שקט. צוות מקסים ושירותי. בבוקר ציינו לפני הפקידה בקבלה שהמזגן מרעיש, וכשחזרנו בערב ראינו שהחליפו מזגן. הזרם במקלחת ממש חזק וטוב בשונה ממקומות אחרים שהיינו"

"Staff were so friendly, especially Manon ahead of arrival when arranging a cake for the birthday guest. Location is great - super close to the beach, train station and shops nearby. We're really pleased with our stay and would definitley come back to this hotel again if staying in the area."

"Breakfast could improve for €22 a day. Bread and croissant from a local boulangerie would be nice rather than the mass produced baked varieties provided. Also better quality fruit in the fruit salad. It was quite tasteless. Promenade construction - not hotel’s fault but it did impact on our enjoyment and should have been timed by the authorities involved to have been done and completed during the winter."

"Lovely cottage type chalet. Comfortable, with a quiet outside, covered seating area. Fabulous views. Very near to pretty town with small supermarket and several restaurants."
"A very pleasant hotel with a large lounge area. The room itself is fairly standard, but clean and pleasant, with a wide double mattress, a good shower, and a bathroom. No complaints. The room has a sink, kettle, stove... you can cook food. The lounge area is very spacious, pleasant, clean, and... empty. On the one hand, this is good because there is no unnecessary noise, but on the other hand, it's a shame that such a well-designed space is not appreciated. Convenient parking, easy check-in. Good location. Excellent place, I highly recommend it."

"The staff were exceptionally polite, kind, and helpful. Every person we met on reception was happy to go above and beyond to help us and we saw this with other customers too. We had car trouble that meant we had to stay an extra night and throughout the entire process, the staff couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. Both rooms were very lovely and the bathrooms were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety on offer."
"We stayed one night at the hotel on our way back to the UK from Zurich. As we parked the motorbikes, one of the group tore his achilles tendon. The hotel manager ( sorry cannot remember his name) was amazing. He arranged for the Saupeurs-pompier to attend and take them to the nearest hospital in Colmar. A great hotel and perfect location to explore the mountains."
