"The property is located right in the centre of Les Saises. Ski in ski out, next to rollers coaster and cafes and shops. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast was superb."

Great choice of TV channels. I was very lucky with the room as it was the last week of the season and I got upgraded with the Mountain View."

"The staff were exceptionally polite, kind, and helpful. Every person we met on reception was happy to go above and beyond to help us and we saw this with other customers too. We had car trouble that meant we had to stay an extra night and throughout the entire process, the staff couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. Both rooms were very lovely and the bathrooms were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety on offer."
"We stayed one night at the hotel on our way back to the UK from Zurich. As we parked the motorbikes, one of the group tore his achilles tendon. The hotel manager ( sorry cannot remember his name) was amazing. He arranged for the Saupeurs-pompier to attend and take them to the nearest hospital in Colmar. A great hotel and perfect location to explore the mountains."

"A wonderfully peaceful location way off the beaten track. Rooms were simple but comfortable, clean and with modern bathrooms. Many rooms have balconies and the upper floors have lovely distant countryside views. The breakfast was a comprehensive buffet with cooked options - certainly fulfilled our needs. The restaurant is outstanding. We had a wonderful meal of traditional French regional cooking - lots of seasonal dishes including wild boar and plum tart. Atmosphere was great, this restaurant is very popular locally so I would imagine essential to book dinner when you make your reservation."
