"The room we were in had a beautiful view, location is perfect. Nice breakfast. The city beach is nearby. Felt really safe and staff was so nice"

"Location is perfect and we got a room overlooking the sea which is well worth the extra. The staff were great, the restaurant was good, the pool area was nice, the room was good quality and clean."
"There were a number of minor points. The pool while still nice has a number of broken or missing small tiles and so looked like it needed a bit of maintenance. We apparently were supposed to have pool towels in our room but they were missing and on the first day using the pool we were incorrectly told that we had to hire from reception. The pool area had a bar section but one day it just closed really early with no explanation and another day the pool area was closed off for a private function between 1 & 3. The base of the shower was marble which looked amazing but got very slippery when wet - an option of something to put on the floor of the shower to prevent a slip would have been good."
"The food was excellent and the breakfast room had a lovely view over the harbour. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi good. Very good location between the town and Laghina beach. Very close to the ferry for Santo Antao."

"It was a great stay, hotel is very nice, breakfast was excellent, room was comfortable and good size, location was fantastic (just across from the port and walking distance to Laginha beach and mindelo centre). Staff were very accommodating and kept our luggage for a few days whilst we went to San Antao."
