"I highly recommend it. Monica, the host at Salinas Breeze, is kind, courteous, and helpful. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Santa Maria but is close to everything. It is well-equipped. There's cable TV, a kettle, a 2-in-1 coffee machine with both capsules and a piston, an electric hob, an oven, an iron and ironing board, and a washing machine (we didn't use it). There's a drying rack on the balcony for wet towels and swimsuits after the beach. The area is typical of locals' apartments, safe - we often returned after 22:00 and never had any problems. Every problem or request was quickly resolved (replacing the TV decoder, turning off the electricity) - Valter, Monica's equally kind and helpful brother, helped."

Hot water is supplied by a water heater, and you shouldn't use high-power appliances while washing—the fuse could trip. I suggest replacing the fuse with a more powerful one.

"I stayed 7 days and had the whole apartment on the second floor. It's large balcony in front of apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very good; short walking distance to both beach and the city center. Nice Breakfast. 🙂 Not so many facilities, but remember the price.☝️ If you want luxury, you must pay for it too."
