"Free wi-fi , hot showers, owner gave me free fruit plate and fresh juices, dropped me off to the Airport."
Hard to find the place cause didn’t have any signs outside, it’s at the second floor of the building, first floor car detailing, washing, repair shop.

"Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Lage ist super gelegen zwichen Flughafen und Stadtzentrum. Jederzeit steht Taxi oder der Bus zur Verfügung. Aircon,, Kühlschrank und Wasser haben funktioniert. Wir kommen zum Abschluss unserer Rundreise wieder. Danke."

You might need to look at upgrading some of the other hardware and plastic that has been affected by the heat/mould in the shared bathrooms in the restaurant. Quant, and characterful, I think these small enhancements would help you improve your rates. There is also a broken mirror in room 5.
