"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

"There are less expensive hotels in the area but I accepted the cost just for the pool that is still on their website. They have no pool and I should have left but I had already taken my things upstairs, and no, no retribution."

"The little Cafe near lobby was very useful, helpful when not in mood to go out. I highly recommend Serenti to anyone visiting Saipan. Staff were outstanding 👏 parking great, location awesome. Come visit"
