"Kam qëndruar në këtë hotel dhe gjithçka ishte perfekte. Hoteli shumë i mirë, me pamje fantastike. Mëngjesi ishte shumë i shijshëm dhe ambientet ishin jashtëzakonisht të pastra. Stafi shumë korrekt dhe i sjellshëm. Me shumë kënaqësi do të kthehesha përsëri"

"Absolutely terrible experience – never again This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom smelled awful, the room was cold, and almost nothing worked properly. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable – everything felt dirty and neglected. As if that wasn’t bad enough, my iPhone charger was stolen from my room. At no point did I feel safe or comfortable during my stay. The entire experience was extremely stressful and honestly felt like a nightmare. This stay affected me much more than it should have. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel and would never return."
