"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool area. Breakfast was good, loved the nice pancakes that are freshly prepared daily. The in-house restaurant was also good, we had some options of food to choose from. I would definitely visit again."

"I was hoping to get sushi at the Yangtao restaurant located in the hotel. We waited for this Chinese restaurant to open, only to find out they didnt serve sushi 😔"

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

"The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return."

"The booking was handled professionally. On the morning of our arrival, I received a WhatsApp message detailing the checking in and the Wi-Fi. It all turned out as explained and had no reason to contact owner again until today to say thank you everything worked out well. I will definitely book my stay each time I visit Maseru."

"The owner to provide the name of the area where the apartment is located to let transport operators know."

"I had a wonderful stay at the guesthouse. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing visit. Highly recommended!"

"A mini bar fridge would have completed the room for me."

"The property had a nice pool and was settled in a place with a really nice view. The staff were beyond amazing. Treated us warmly. The food was amazing too. Everything was affordable and well presented."

"The only issue was the Wi-Fi. It had issues and we weren’t told why this happened. The planning in terms of activities were a bit poor."

"Very friendly stuff since I did know the place they assisted with navigating places and make sure that am safe, ❤️❤️"

"The must just add microwave and fans to the rooms especially during summer because it's so hot Also have mats in the bathroom bcz you can easy slip"
