"The house was running by gas and we didn’t know the gas would shut after a long use ( nearly 12hours). We need to ask the host how to turn it on. It’s outside the house with snow weather is not real idealism to get out of the house to turn the gas on. Water and heat systems had to turn back on after 24hours. Otherwise everything is cold. Washing machine has no dryer. Tenant better ask how to use all these systems before the host leaves as he may not comeback for a few days. Understandable it’s a lot of effort travelling in the snow to help tenant. A bit expensive for the price but the service is okay."
