"The lady was a nice and warm person. I had a great experience here. The location is very convenient, the heart of Tbilisi city. Many tourist places are walking distance. Facilities are also good. It comes with a laundry machine and cooking equipment. The room is spacious and clean."

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

Needed more kitchen utensils

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

"Off the beaten track, comfortable, quiet and yes the view is directly out to sea. Not though that if you diving from KimSha beach area allow double the time Google maps says to get there. Traffic can be very slow."

We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"

"View stunning, apartment a very generous size and well appointed. Track by the lake closed due to waste water upgrades but no fault of the apartments as affects all properties. Sophia was so welcoming on reception and looked after our bags till check in time and on day of check out."

The room is perfect for friends to relax and unwind after days of intense underwater activities. They offer car rental, which is a better offer than other companies. "Остров небольшой (800 на 400м). На острове 3 отеля, 3 магазина, 2 кафешки. дайв-клуб. У отеля собственный частный пляж с бесплатными лежаками и хорошим заходом в воду - даже тапочки не нужны. Рядом рифы с огромным количеством местных рыбок разного размера и цвета, поэтому берите с собой маску. Мы жили в Garden vew - это отдельный от основгого отеля guest house на 5 номеров с частной территорией - вход по чипу. Пляж, ресторан находятся на основной территории отеля (Laguna view), где имеется 22 номера. Они естественно дороже. От garden view до laguna view метров 400 по прямой. Так что мы хоть 1000 шагов за день наматывали, а то и 100 не выходило бы ))) Вечером к причалу приплывают акулы няньки и рифовые акулы - отель их кормит каждый вечер."

Мы брали полный пансион. Завтраки были печальные. Из белка только омлет с овощами и через раз сосиски. В обед не швецкий стол, а отель сам дает то, что готовят в данный день. Не нравится - заказывай из платного меню: 2е блюдо + сок выходит 15-20$ на человека. На ужин макароны+рис и мясо+рыба. 1 салат и 1 вид фруктов. Наверное для Мальдив это нормально - не знаю.
