"חזרתי למלון אחרי טיול במרכז וייטנאם והשארתי את הטלפון בשדה התעופה שם... פקיד הקבלה בלילה ניסה לעזור ולהתקשר אך לא ענו ולכן העביר את הטיפול למשמרת בקר. מנהלת משמרת הבקר לא גילתה נכונות אמיתית לעזור והורתה לאיש הצוות לעשות מעט ולהתנער ממני. זה היה מאכזב. במלונות אחרים ניתקלתי ביחס הרבה יותר טוב ונכונות לעזרה ברמה גבוהה ביותר."

Super breakfast, professional positive friendly staff at all levels. Tasteful architecture throughout, wall art and decor is inspiring. Well worth a stay if visiting HCMC. Highly recommend."
