"מלון מצוין קרוב לשוק אליסקי ולפארק אמיר טימור שירות מעל מעבר!! ניקיון ברמה גבוהה מאוד, צוות שירותי מנומס חייכני ושש לעזרה ,ארוחת בוקר מצוינת, מיטות עם מזרונים קשים לטעמינו היו נוחות מאוד ,"תפריט כריות" מסעדה צמודה ובית קפה עם שירות מעל ומעבר. במלון משרד לשירותי תיירות ,הייתי מגדיר כאחד המלונות הטובים שלנתי בהם גם במושגים של אירופה- ציון 10 להכל!!"

"ארוחת בוקר יקרה מאוד במושגי מחירים של טשקנט כ20 דולר לאדם , לצד המלון (20 מטר) מסעדה שניתן לאכול בה ארוחת בוקר עשירה בחמישית מחיר, גם כשאוכלים במסעדת המלון ומזמינים מהתפריט מגיעים לסכום כזה של כ20 דולר. לא ברור ציון המיקום של המלונות בטשקנט יחסית למרכז כי בעצם אין בדיוק מרכז אחד והתנועה בתחבורה ציבורית ומוניות מאוד פשוטה, זולה מאוד ומהירה כך שלשלם על מלון הרבה יותר כי ציון המרכז גבוה במקרה של טשקנט הוא לא רלוונטי. חסרה מאוד מכונת קפה בחדר (יש קומקום)."

"Superb service. They never said no to anything. Exceptional speed of service was so refreshing in these days of heavily understaffed hotels that overcharge for everything."

"Carpets too old. Corridor lights being dimmed and on a sensor. Dark dimly lit corridors give an eerie feeling. Request to hotel: Save money elsewhere. But in a premium property corridors must be brightly lit. Tub in bathroom. Impossible to get into for old people who are not flexible enough. Very high tub at that. That u need to step into. Great chance of a fall. Bathroom fittings need thorough upgrade as does the carpet."
