"ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד, הפריע לי שלעתים היה חסר חלב ובמקומו השתמשו באבקת חלב היחס והרצון של הצוות לעשות הכל כדי לתת מענה לבקשותיי השונות היה יוצא דופן, כל הכבוד ממש זה נכון לעובדי הדלפק, לחדר האוכל לאנשי הנקיון ולכל אחד מהצוות באמת מצוין"
"חבל, שהיו יומיים בלי מים חמים הבנו שזה עקב תקלה במערכת אספקת הגז לכל הרובע בו מצוי המלון היה מאד קר ולכן מקלחת במים קרים הייתה אופציה לא טובה"
"Excellent hotel with very warm, friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms (we booked three rooms for a business visit). Don't know why it's rated as a 2-star hotel in Google Maps since it felt more like a 4-star hotel with its own swimming pool, sauna and a gym as well as a nice restaurant. Breakfast was good, and we had two dinners with nice food."

"We stopped here for the night to break our journey. It's more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel. We booked a King Suite, which was a large, well-appointed room. The bed was sumptuous, so comfortable.... with good bed linen. The only negative was that WiFi in the bedroom was poor..... Breakfast had a good selection with fresh fruit, and you can have eggs cooked to order. They also have a coffee machine with reasonably good coffee. Staff were all very pleasant. However, a special mention of thanks to Hasan on reception. He was excellent. He took time to explain many things to us and recommended a very good local restaurant and also helped arrange a taxi for our onwards journey."
