"מלון רוס נמצא במרכז העיר קייב, במרחק הליכה מהרחוב הראשי , מבית הכנסת המרכזי ומקניון "גוליבר" הענקי. יש בו את כל המתקנים , כספומט , שירותי כביסה , מסעדה , בר . מה שתרצו תמצאו שם. הוא בסיס אידיאלי לאנשי עסקים ולתיירים שמעדיפים לבלות בהליכה ברחובות הומים וראשיים. מצד שני , יש חניה פרטית , מגודרת , יש אנשי אבטחה , מחסום בכניסה. ארוחות הבוקר , גדולות , עשירות עם הרבה מבחר. בקיצור זה מלון , גדול , נעים , נוח שיש בו כל שתצטרכו"

"אני אספר לכם סיפור קצר ואמיתי. יש לי כמה חולצות שאני מאוד אוהב. הבעיה שאחרי כביסה , הם נראות קצת חסרות חיים והאמת היא שאני לא יודע לגהץ. בקיצור , כל פעם שאני רואה את החולצות שלי תלויות בארון , אני שואל את עצמי מתי אני כבר אגיע לקייב ואמסור את החולצות האלו לכביסה וגיהוץ במלון "רוס". כל פעם אני מגיע למלון הזה , שולח את החולצות לכביסה ומקבל אותן בחזרה בשיא המהירות כשהן מושלמות ונהדרות. כדאי לכם לנסות בעצמכם."

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

"I stayed here in Sep ‘23 and loved it. Reasonably CBD central, walking distance to everything, very close to shopping mall Gulliver, which has every shop under the sun, including supermarket bottom floor clean, very affordable for 3 star, staff very accommodating and super friendly."

"The hotel and its staff are doing a fantastic job during a very difficult time in Ukraine, everyone went out of their way to make sure your stay was as normal as could be expected during this period, special mention to Sergey the concierge for all his help and the houskeeping crew who left me tons of water and soaps."
