"Location of the hotel, close to Sun Moon Lake Nantou Bus Terminal. Hotel lobby and dining/bar has modern and relaxed atmosphere. The room was decently sized, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and polite. Overall the hotel offers excellent value and was a pleasant stay in Taichung."

"Staffs are all well trained and polite. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful in providing solutions on transportation reviews, good problem solvers. The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable, hotel room is neat and tidy."
