"The room was not clean black mold all over the bathroom,they are condo so someone has not cleaned it for along time room 88/160 on the 9th floor,When I booked was told I was on the 18th floor had pictures 2 tv and a safe,I got 1tv and no safe,when you get there I was asked for 3000baht deposit paid it but no one paid it back,maybe that covers electric and water which I was only told I had to pay when I got there....stick to hotels in the future...."

"Pretty much only liked the location. If you have ear plugs then it's for you. Very noisey throughout the night and people in and out all day and all hours if the night."

"I think the overall cleanliness is good, but owners need to pay more attention to their property. Maintenance and upkeep... What I also noticed with our stay , their is not much catering for Western Foreigners.. eg. TV channels, cutlery is very poor and almost nothing."

"L'appartement n'était pas très propre, le lit n'est pas confortable du tout. Une odeur de tabac froid dés qu'on rentre dans l'appartement. Les ustensiles de cuisines sales dans les tiroirs. Aucunes cuillère pour manger. Les ustensiles sales et inoxidé. Le sèche linge cassé et tout rouillé. Les casseroles rouillés. Totalement déplorable et deçu. Sur les photos nous apercevons un salon qui est le salon commun du dernière étage et non le salon dans la chambre. Vraiment très très très deçu. Plus jamais je ne remet les pieds dans ce squat."
