"This is not a 5* hotel, more like a 3*. The breakfast is terrible—don’t bother ordering it. Private terraces are poorly maintained, with broken furniture. The smell of weed is noticeable in the hotel. It’s located in the middle of nowhere."

"There is absolutely nothing I liked about this resort, and I feel it’s important to point out that this is not a 5-star resort as they claim. Their advertisement on Booking.com is entirely misleading. Upon further investigation, I found on Google Places that this property is officially rated as a 3-star resort. The disparity between their claims and reality is unacceptable and borders on false advertising. Guests deserve transparency, and unfortunately, this resort fails to deliver on even the most basic expectations. I have attached some photos as well."

"My family and I recently stayed at Impress Resort Phuket, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Uncaring Staff: The staff showed no interest in assisting guests, and our concerns were ignored, even by the manager. Hygiene Issues: Dirty towels and bedsheets were provided, and the management did nothing to address this. Terrible Breakfast: The so-called "English breakfast" was mostly Thai dishes with minimal options like white bread and half-fried eggs. Staff rudely dismissed requests for an omelet, and the breakfast setup was unhygienic, with cracked plates and a rusted juice jar lid. Guest Neglect: Leftover food was given to staff after breakfast hours, making it clear guests were not a priority. The electric tea kettle in my room was rusted and leaking, making it unusable. The wash basin in the bathroom was also leaking, causing inconvenience. Additionally, one of the cupboards in the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t close properly. I do not recommend Impress Resort Phuket – there are far better options available in Phuket."

"Nice small resort with big enough rooms. There was a kitchen in the room that was great. Good facilities including restaurant, pool, gym, parking. Many local caffes and restaurants near by so you have choice there to go at evening even if you don't have any vehicle. Very reasonable price for accommodation. Good location if you have a vehicle. Just 10-15 minutes to the beach and 5-7 minutes to center of the area - Boat Avenue. Staff was nice and friendly."

"Would be great to have cutlery and at least a salad bowl with couple of plates at the kitchen to be able to cut fruits or might be make a simple salad. As without it kitchen not really useful 😅 Maybe they provide it by the demand. I didn't ask as it was a late evening. A bit noisy as big road not far from the hotel but not really critical. Pillows very hight and not soft enough so uncomfortable sleep on it but it's common issue of inexpensive hotels in Thailand."

"The place is good value for money. For that price obviously one cannot be too demanding. The aircon works, the bathroom (kinda) works, the bed is sufficiently comfortable, the fridge works, the people are friendly, there is good amount of living space, the pool is clean."
