"המלון נוח יש ליד כביסה גם מכבסה שפתוחה 24/7 וגם מקום פשוט לתת את הכביסה ולשלם לקילו ממול יש סאבן ממש נוח וליד יש מסעדות טובות וגם מקום לסגור אטרקציות החדר היה מרווח בקבלה ראו שיש לי מזוודה גדולה ונתנו לי חדר בקומה התחתונה כדי לעזור לי הם היו זמינים לכל שאלה ועזרו לי מאוד מים חמים במקלחת וניקו לי את החדר כשביקשתי"

"המיקום טיפה ממש טיפה באסה למי שהולך ברגל השווקים כן די קרובים אבל יש כאלה שגם לא אם אתם עם אופנוע אז זה נוח"

"Location is perfect for me. Not a noisy or crowded area but near to places I want to see. Toilet is clean. The microwave, cups and dishes at the lobby are for guest’s use and there’s water, coffee and small cookies too. Communication challenges are alleviated by translation apps. Staff are helpful. Will stay again."

"The staff were incredibly helpful, they gave us lots of tips on arrival of things to check out. We had to wait until 8pm for our transfer to Bangkok and we were allowed to leave our bags with them and wait in the lobby while they brought us water. The room itself was great but the staff made it exceptional."

"Location is superb - the hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, (day & night) markets, a public park, eateries, tourist information shops (where we booked our half-day tours), and massage shops. The staff is very warm and friendly, and customer service is great! They offered us local sweet treats and cake, on two occasions. We were very surprised when, one evening, the manageress tried to hail a "songthaew" (red taxi) for us, even though she didn't have to. Whenever we needed something (like a change of pillow), they were very quick to fulfill our request. Also, we loved that the room, bathroom and bed were very clean and well-kept."

"There is no cupboard to hang your clothes; only clothes hooks and hangers are provided. The pillow was too high for me, so I requested a flatter one, and the staff promptly gave me one."
