"Wow, this is an exceptional find. The apartment was a great size, very neat and clean. It is very handy for Philipsburg either by car or by bus. A word about Rhody. What a beautiful minded lady, always ready to help and support, who even came to my rescue when I was trying to find my way to the apartment. She is dedicated to helping people settle down, very cheerful, great communications, helpful information about areas of St Maarten. And always with a smile. Apartment is big enough for a number of people, great layout, really comfy furniture, well stocked cupboards with kitchen equipment. Ample bedroom and bathroom provisions. Sadly I didn't try the swimming pool, I was out most of the time but it's a good sized pool and looked just right for chilling out in. An incredible find with a wonderful host who has become a lovely friend."

"The view from the balcony is fenomenal. Jaap and Rosi were very friendly and hospitable. Always available for advice or other questions. For us this was the perfect location from which to explore Saint Martin. Away from the crowds and in a quiet spot on the island."
