"The location is great! You can enjoy the condo relaxing beach or go around the island easily. The view is breathtaking. The house is very spacious. The beds were very comfortable, airco silent, kitchen is stocked, big bathrooms. Pool is not big but has a reas size for a family to enjoy. There's a living room, tv/game room, stocked bar, and a washing/drying machine. The house was very clean and there were beach towels available. The realtor and owner were very accessible, easy to communicate with, and solved any issue we had. We recommend the house for a family stay in SXM!"

Superb room for the price range, ice cold AC and an amazing location so close to Maho beach. Very suitable for solo travellers, just go sit in the garden and make friends instantly. Suitable for couples and families too! Will certainly visit again."
