"It’s the second tile we came as we live this place! Julio is simply the best host we’ve ever met and has the hand of his heart. His Friday’s evening buffet hare just great and it’s the only place on the coast where you can eat original Italian pizza and home made delicious ice cream. We’d recommend this place to anyone who want to feel at him in Casamance :-)"

"The place is amazing and the host is very kind. The big tree is very big. Beach is at 10min by walk. Price are cheap."

"Very good value for money in Kabrousse, a 15 minutes walk to the beach. Nice, simple but comfortable rooms with view on the swimming pool. The huge fromager dominating the lodge is spectacular. Incredibly tasty pizzas and other Italian dishes are served at lunchtime and dinner."

"Nice oasis in Cap Skirring. Although it's a bit far from the beach, it's amazing for resting in the middle of the day. Fantastic food, drinks, bungalows, pool and very nice trees giving you the shade. Walk to the beach is just few minutes and best part of the Cap Skirring beach awaits you."

"The location of the lodge is simply stunning. It sits right on the water, surrounded by nature, and you can see all kinds of beautiful birds throughout the day. The property itself is extremely clean and stylish, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that makes it very easy to unwind. The food is delicious, and the breakfast is especially wholesome with plenty of variety. I loved watching the birds come by in the morning as if they were coming to say hello. The rooms are very comfortable and I slept incredibly well during my stay. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Even though my French is almost zero, they always made an effort to understand me and made me feel very welcome. There is honestly nothing bad to say — this place is a little paradise. I truly hope to come back one day. Thank you for such a wonderful stay."

"The place was lovely with nice clean large rooms and a powerful hot shower. The bed was comfortable too. Catherine who runs the place was 10/10! Lovely helpful and thoroughly nice woman. She could not do enough to help us and even came out on the street at 7:30am and hailed us a taxi and negotiated the fee with the driver!"

"We loved the place and the people who run it. The most welcoming staff who treat you incredibly well. We consider them friends no Staff It was our first stop in Senegal and we loved the experience of getting to know Sengalese people, their culture and their incredible music. The are lots of musicians working there. You can access Percussion and African dance lessons on site. They are fun and flexible. Staff plays music in the evening. We felt included and loved the experience. They also offer local day excursions which are absolutely worth it. If you are into Senegalese music this is an immersive experience which you will not forget. I am not a musician and I loved it. My son is a percussionist and he truly enjoyed it and learnt lots form his teacher Bouba and from being included in the staff's evening musical soirees."

"Lovely calm oasis away from the chaos and melee of Saint-Louis. I loved the pool and the beachside. So nice to chill here after our excursions. Great option rather than staying in the colonial area but note point below. We took a horse and heart taxi home one day which was a lot of fun!"
