"The location - in the heart of Little India, easy walk to bus and train (Bugis from Changi Airport, Rochor for most lines) The room - small but had everything I needed and smart use of space. The focus on sustainability - I really liked the provision of refillable water bottles and easy access to still and sparkling chilled water. The ever-replenished snacks, with cups to fill and utensils for hygiene, were a wonderful bonus. The facilities - there was a laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers on my floor. Plus a toaster oven, ice machine, aforementioned water filter and snacks! The bathroom - rain and hose shower heads, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel provided in refillable bottles (no plastic waste!), toilet with bidet hose, plenty of space for toilettries. The softest towels I’ve ever used. The staff - extremely helpful."
