"The stuff on the reception was really helpful and outgoing. The location of the hotel was good, the metro station wasn't too far away either. For being quite in the Down Town area, it wasn't that noisy during the night."

"The name of the hotel is only written in Arabic on booking.com. As the Google maps hasn't the location fully correct we had to ask a bit around, but I couldn't even tell the name of the hotel as I don't read Arabic."

"Perfect location, very quite hotel without any disturbance. Free under ground parking which is a plus. We stayed in Ramadhan so we couldn't try their breakfast, hopefully will use them in Future In Shaa ALLAH. Very clean Rooms 👌"

"Very good position, near metro! Abdullah & Yasser kind and helpful"

"1 day without WiFi, coffee not included, Arabic breakfast should be more international, scrousy toilet paper and 1 of the 2 bathrooms smelled strongly of damp"

"The bathroom was a bit old - not like the picture. The room was quite nice and very spacious. Housekeeping and water replenishment is on demand - something that I had not realised."

"The key card kept tapping out and had to be reprogrammed on a regular basis. Bathroom could use an upgrade. Wifi can also be improved. Signal strength in the room was quite poor and connection in general sketchy. I had to place a Wifi extender to work and generally use the internet."

"Perfect location, perfect staff, quiet hotel, no disturbance, quick assistance with everything we needed"

"All perfect ."

"Spacey room. Nice staff. Great location centrally in Riyadh. Fantastic bed. Silent, especially give the location in downtown."

"The kitchenette is basis, just a microwave and a water cooker plus some plates and cutlery. I donated some bowls. But all of this was compensated by the comfort."

"I loved everything , the cleanliness, the calm , and the room. I liked the most the reception team; they made me feel like I was at home."
