"החדר והמיטה ממש נוחים, המיקום קרוב מאוד למרכז וגם לכמה מקומות שווים בחיי הלילה, העובדת עשתה לי צ׳ק אין מוקדם ועל זה תודה רבה."

"דבר שפחות אהבתי, אומנם לא בהכרח באשמת הבעלים, אבל בכל זאת אציין כי במהלך הצ׳ק אין לא קיבלתי מגבת ולא נאמר לי על כך שום דבר אם זה בתשלום או לא, אני שכחתי מזה וכאשר הגיע הזמן להתקלח בערב התקשרתי לבעלים, אמנם מאוחר 23:00 ולא קיבלתי על זה מענה ככה שלא יכולתי להתקלח, בהמשך הערב מצאתי מגבת בקומה העליונה אך לא השתמשתי בה מחשש שהיא בתשלום, לפחות היה עדיף לומר לי שזה בתשלום ולא להשאיר אותי ללא מענה שיטופל מחר. אציין בנוסף שאין מטבח ומיקרוגל במקום ולדעתי ממקום בסטנדרט כזה זה משהו שהוא חובה."

"*Fabulous location & Fabulous location & Fabulous location *Every required safety system introduced and in actual operation, which I very rarely observe anywhere in hostels throughout my travelling *Unprecedented level of hospitality of the owner. And he also trained his team at the reception up to the highest ever met in hostels standard of hospitality - Thank you Tina! Puna hvala!)) *The owner is a great thinker and a great innovator (probably a SerbianElonMusk?). He is also keen to perfect business processes and practices, which is not quite typical to the majority of people whom I met throughout my travelling around this place. I wish him a great success in all his businesses and in all his social initiatives! The country of Serbia will grow faster thanks to such innovative and positive people!"

"It's not a list of dislikes, but just a couple of ideas for further improvement: *A bit of noise from the street in some rooms. Those who suffer from cars' noise may ask for a more quiet room. They were very kind to give it to me *Lockers need to be redesigned. The previously used technical solution from the furniture producer does not work at all. It's not a big investment required for this redesign and improvement"

"Everytime i wanted to make a cup of tea in room had to go in corridor and use a communinal kettle . I would expect this in a hostel not hotel .. Grab an uber or book ypur own taxi . More than double if hotel collect you for same journey ."

"Bloom Inn is very comfortable and staff are very kind and informative. Location is a 5 minute walk from square with lots of eating options available. Has great beer garden with excellent food on offer"

"Hotel is in walking distance of city center and fortress, with lot of food options near by. Rooms were very clean with all amenities needed for a short stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recomend"

"Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Room and bathrooms both very clean. Bunks were solid with good mattresses, and large lockers are provided. A great place to stay."

"There isn't a common room or kitchen, but there is a good pub/restaurant right downstairs from the hostel where you can socialise if desired."

"I came back to Niš because I wanted to come back to this hostel. It's a really nice place. Everything is neat and tidy and the staff is very kind. Would book again!"
