"I was extremely disappointed because the heat wasn’t working at the maximum level in winter period and even more uncomfortable there was no pressure on the water in the bath; the water did not flow with pressure in the shower, and I had to wait a long time for hot water; the shower experience was completely unpleasant. The water in the bathroom sink flowed without pressure, and there was no hot water."

"Very bad and old elevator. The apartments are on the top floor of a multi-story building and it is better to go up to the apartments by elevator, but it is terrible, like in a horror movie. The elevator is old, creaky and it seems that it will break. For people with an unstable psyche, a trip in such an elevator can be very stressful. Most of the times we went to the apartments on foot, which is not easy, because it is on the 7th or 8th floor"
