"המקום מושלם.בארוחת הבוקר יש מה שצריך ועוד סלטים מפתיעים.הופתענו מאד שהשתיה חמה חופשית כל השהייה,כל סוגי החלב . יש המון מקומות ישיבה סביב האירוח. ההפעלות לאורך כל הסופ"ש ביד רחבה וגרמו הנאה מרובה. הניקיון מושלם.כל בקשה טופלה מיידית."

ציפיתי שיתחשבו בבקשה להיות בחדרים קרובים.אפשר היה לתת צימרים קרובים לכביש קרובים יותר אלינו.הילדים פחדו לבוא אלינו ונדרש תמיד ליווי.

"Great snorkelling around the over water bungalows, lots of turtles feeding on the seagrass. Beautiful location, so relaxing. Beach access bungalows are very nice, newly renovated, comfy bed. Pool was awesome. Appreciated the sea bird conservation in the island. I actually loved the sounds of the Puffin de Pacifique birds at night - I thought it was a child crying at first lol… bungalows have earplugs, luckily! Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Got a generous late check out, service was really good from the boat to the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Everyone speaks a very high level of English, not sure where the negative comments about staff come from - they were the best I experienced in NC by far."

It’s an expensive buffet dinner (around $80aud) but the choices were really good, esp the fresh seafood and all the desserts. It’s just not worth it if you don’t eat huge dinners. Order à la carte options instead, but nice to try the buffet just once. Consider BYO noodles and alcohol if you want to save money, buying food and drinks from the restaurant and bar adds up quick. Would have been good to be able to lock/unlock the back beach access door from outside with a key.

חסר מקום לתליית מגבות לייבוש. האוכל בארוחת הבוקר והערב היה פחות לטעמנו..

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

"The first thing that stands out is the friendly staff - polite and nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best we’ve encountered. We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. The food was good and plentiful and the hotel and surroundings were clean and well kept. A very enjoyable stay!"

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"PROPERTY WAS GOOD AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. ONLY CONCERN WAS THER VERY LESS OPTION FOR VEGITEARIAN PEOPLE. THEY ONLY PROVIDE BREADS, ONE OR TWO CERALS, FRUITS AND SOME RICE ITEMS, WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH ."

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"Exceptional site and lovely beaches & swimming pools with good restaurants"

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

"Amazing small scale resort with wonderful attentive and kind staff. We had a wonderful stay with our two young kids. The room and grounds were well taken care of, and ample to do with yoga, spa and water sports. The best food that we had in Kiwengwa as well. Would love to come back."

"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."

The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ramgarh Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

"מקום ממש נחמד עם יחס ושירות מעולה מלא ישראלים במלון ( בעיקר ישראלים ובריטים) בחדר אוכל ייש שילוט בעברית על כל המנות. אנחנו אוכלים רק כשר אז לא אכלנו אבל מי שלא שאין לו בעיה עם כשרות האוכל היה נראה טעים (: מספר ברים מפוזרים ברחבי המלון ונותנים שירות מעולה פקידת קבלה ממוצא אסייתי דוברת עברית קיבלה את פנינו בברכה והייתה מעולה לאורך כל השבוע ( עבדה בעברה במלון בחיפה ומשם העברית)"

באופן אישי אני ומשפחתי לא אכלנו בכלל במלון מטעמי כשרות (היה ידוע מראש) אך במהלך השהות במלון הבננו שיש אפשרות למנה כשרה רק שנדרש לשלם מעל 20 אירו לסועד מה שהיה נראה לי מוגזם כי שימנו מחיר מלא ולא אכלנו.כלום

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.
