"Great snorkelling around the over water bungalows, lots of turtles feeding on the seagrass. Beautiful location, so relaxing. Beach access bungalows are very nice, newly renovated, comfy bed. Pool was awesome. Appreciated the sea bird conservation in the island. I actually loved the sounds of the Puffin de Pacifique birds at night - I thought it was a child crying at first lol… bungalows have earplugs, luckily! Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Got a generous late check out, service was really good from the boat to the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Everyone speaks a very high level of English, not sure where the negative comments about staff come from - they were the best I experienced in NC by far."

It’s an expensive buffet dinner (around $80aud) but the choices were really good, esp the fresh seafood and all the desserts. It’s just not worth it if you don’t eat huge dinners. Order à la carte options instead, but nice to try the buffet just once. Consider BYO noodles and alcohol if you want to save money, buying food and drinks from the restaurant and bar adds up quick. Would have been good to be able to lock/unlock the back beach access door from outside with a key.

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

החדר קפוא כשנכנסים אליו, (יש מזגן פשוט זה לוקח זמן לחמם) אין מטבחון בכלל, ידעתי מראש אבל עדיין חסר אין אופציה אפילו להכין תה/ קפה יש בחלק האחורי של המתחם גן שעשועים שממש לא מטופח ומוזנח

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."
