"The Ned Doha is refreshingly different and truly exceptional. Amrit at the front desk set the tone from the start and was absolutely outstanding in welcoming me and introducing what The Ned represents. The pool is amazing, the rooms are lovely and airy, and the antique furniture adds great character. Faisal at concierge was warm, helpful, and attentive. Overall, the professionalism is top-notch, and no other hotel in Doha offers the unique vibe and experience that The Ned does."

"The hotel itself was excellent — beautiful interiors, great atmosphere, very comfortable rooms, and an overall high-end experience that truly met expectations. Unfortunately, the concierge service was a major disappointment and did not match the standard of the hotel at all. Communication was extremely poor: messages were answered after one or even two days, phone calls often went unanswered despite multiple attempts, and there was a great deal of confusion with no clear follow-up or concrete solutions. In the end, most arrangements had to be handled by ourselves — researching, googling, and organizing things independently — which is not what one expects from a luxury hotel with a dedicated concierge service. The hotel has enormous potential, but the concierge department clearly requires significant improvement to meet the level promised by the brand."
