"This was my family’s first time in Qatar and Ezdan Palace Hotel was a great place to stay. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating - it was blessing to stay there . My children enjoyed playing basketball, table tennis, football and swimming. The life guard stationed at the swimming pool gave swimming lessons to my children which enabled my children to grow in confidence and improve their swimming. We paid for half-board during our stay and enjoyed the delicious variety of food served at breakfast and dinner time. Our time in the hotel coincided with my daughter’s birthday and the staff kindly provided a birthday cake to help surprise my daughter. Thank you to all the staff in the hotel making us feel so welcome."

"After a misunderstanding during our check-in, we got a late check-out offered that changed our experience in a very positive way. We also appreciate the fruit plate sent to our room on the last day. The breakfast is excellent, and the room was very quiet."

"The staff were ALL excellent especially Neriz from the restaurant and Marous at the front desk. Everybody was so accommodating and made us feel welcome. They all deserve a mention. Everything was very clean. The rooms are big and spacious. Very comfortable beds."
"Perhaps some areas are a little tired looking such as the corridors (walls and borders a bit grubby). The pool bar could have been open and some background music by the pool would have livened up the atmosphere a bit"
"The staff were exceptional. I had an issue with the taxi to the airport and the gentleman arranged a replacement for which was great. He the went above and beyond by ringing me when I got home to check I’d arrived safely home. This is a level of service I’ve never experienced any where in the world before. I’m sorry I can remember his name but I would like to think he is recognised for this level of service."
