"I had a wonderful stay at Residence Lagos Hotel – the location is perfect right in the heart of the old town, and my room on the second floor with a balcony offered a beautiful view over the city and the sea. Even though it rained a lot during my visit, I really appreciated the cosy lounge area right outside my room, where I could relax on the sofas and get some work done on my laptop. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the breakfast, with freshly squeezed orange juice, was truly very good and served with great warmth."

"This property was exceptional, our host was very helpful and welcoming it is a great relaxing space with a small pool. We had the two up stairs rooms with balconies and shared lounge room. The breakfast offering was very good and the cook was great."

"The cook needs a new juicer she spent most of her time juicing which took her away from serving patrons. There also needs to be a better option for the hot water other than a thermos which is very hot and a bit dangerous."

"Tricky to access and nowhere to park, but once this was overcome - which was not difficult - it was a lovely stay. And the difficulties could not be avoided, other than a bit more information perhaps."

"The room on the top floor with the balcony was lovely! The staff were friendly and welcoming - they even offered us a bottle of wine at check-in, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good and the location was great and close to everything."

"there was no espresso machine, the shower leaked a bit. Parking is about a 5-minute walk away, but there was always space available (though it might be trickier in high season). Still, we had a very pleasant stay!"

"Very good location if you want to stay in the Lagos old town. Nice cozy and quite spacious room. Tea, coffee, small fridge are available in the room. A bottle of wine as a bonus was very nice gesture."

"There is no parking in close vicinity, however, there are free parking options outside the old Lagos city walls, approximately within 5minutes walking distance. Breakfast is pretty basic."
