"The hotel is conveniently located in Calheta close to a number of restaurants. The room is very spaceous and the breakfast was nice."

"The reception was closed when we arrived ao we had to call the owner and wait in the rain for ca 10 min. Not a big deal but if we had known in advance we would have sent a message to communicate our arrival time before getting there."

"An exceptionally clean hotel in a perfect location, literally 2 minutes walk from a sea swimming area and amenities. Excellent aircon. The breakfast was a buffet with a reasonable selection. The coffee at breakfast is instant but you can pay 80 cent from reception for a really decent espresso which we were happy to do!"

"Wenn man ein solides/preiswerte Hotel möchte und dafür ein paar Abstriche in Kauf nimmt, ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden für 2-3 Nächte wieder kommen. Unser Highlight: Wir hatten von der Toilette aus beste Meersicht. Das Personal war zudem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Eingangsbereich konnte man bis spätabends Glacé, Getränke, Gebäck kaufen."

"-Der Frühstücksraum und die Terrasse bräuchte etwas Liebe und Pflege. Und der Automaten-Kaffee beim Frühstück schmeckte gar nicht. -Die Betten sind von der härteren Sorte. -Das Hotel liegt im kleinen Dorf „Calheta“, welches ca. 30 Fahrminuten von dem grösseren Ort „Velas“ liegt. Wenn man es gerne ruhiger mag, passt das gut. Wenn man jedoch etwas mehr Möglichkeiten (Restaurants, Shops) haben möchte, ist Velas die geeignetere Variante."
