"Free private parking. It’s not the best location if you want to go out on foot to wander about in the city, but it’s a good location if you have a car. Close to one of the main roads leading to the nearby Spanish border. It’s spacious and tidy. There’s a handy vending machine with snacks and hot and cold drinks."

"Most rooms are spatious, not fancy but everything functional, tidy, and clean. Windows have the traditional exterior plastic drapes that are the perfect blinds if you wish to have a dark room even during the day. There’s a vending machine in the corridor with hot and cold at economical prices. The hotel has free private parking, something you wouldn’t find in those located in the centre. So, although it’s not a design hotel or anything near it, this hotel is perfectly suited for any peaceful stay."

"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"

The rooms are just OK—clean and comfortable but little charm. Would definitely stay here again. Happily accomodated our bicycles in a secure room. Overall—super, just super!"
